"施設はとても綺麗で満足です。敷布団もクッション性が良く、起きた時身体が痛く無く快適に就寝出来ました。駐車場の入口部分の勾配がかなりあり、車高の低い車だと下部を擦ってしまう為、改善して頂けるとありがたいです。ドライヤー有りとの表記でしたが、無かったのが残念でした。その他は大満足です。花巻に行く時はまた利用させて頂きたいです。"

"The staff is amazing. The place is quiet, despite how busy it is because it’s in the heart of the part of Morioka you want to be. "

"Staff are very friendly and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Room is ordinary but it's generally clean and tidy. Breakfast is very nice with lots of food variety and much local produces are included. One down side of hotel is that it doesn't have under cover and secure parking with only limited numbers of street spaces available."
