"Room was not clean. Handles falling off drawers. Cover on heating unit fell off. Almost non existent continental breakfast. Mismatched furnishings. If it had not been for our late arrival I would have demanded a refund. Never staying at a Quality Inn again. I will also not use Hotels.com as a booking agent. "

"Didn’t use the gym, there was several of us there for a fishing tournament the gentleman at the front desk wasn’t very accommodating for our parking"

"Room smelled bad, probably was “clean” but seemed to not be stains and smell just not good. I was also charged a additional 50$ because there was a “missing” pillow, my wife and I brought our own pillows and when they checked the cameras saw us leave with our pillows and charged me 50$. Staff not that friendly. "

"My stay was phenomenal!! Front desk and housekeeping was very generous. The breakfast buffet was sooo good with multiple choices and a great way to start your morning. They also have a restoration park that was giving a piece of mind and just a way with nature!! I loved my stay I would have gave 5 stars but the elevators didn’t work and it hurt my legs sooo bad walking up and down 4 flights of stairs.. my stay was to perfection… very comfortable and quiet.. they had snacks on sight n if u needed a drink of water, milk, apple juice, or orange juice, or a small snack they had that in the eating area free for the guest that literally stay there !! I loved that!!! I’m very pleased and this is the right hotel to choose period!!! Besides the elevators not working, WONDERFUL!! Thank u guys again!! Amazing stay"
