"1. die Sprachverständigung ging weder in deutsch noch in englisch,
2. die Rezeption war ca. 90% unbesetzt, zuletzt lag ein Zettel mit einer Tel.-Nummer am Tresen... man war aber im Biergarten mit den anderen Angestellten rauchen!!!
3. die ganze Woche hat der Aufzug gesponnen... es gab alle erdenklichen Störszenarien (Einzelheiten auf Anfrage) am Vorabend der Abreise musste ich noch eine Personenbefreiung machen, weil er einfach stehen blieb. Es gab an diesem Aufzug kein...
