"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. "Really great accommodation, close to town, very comfortable and clean, equipped with all one needs. Hosts were friendly and helpful - even gave us a bottle of local wine on the house when they told us the restaurant recommended by them was unlicensed! Will really recommend Karoo View Cottages; and will definitely stay there again if we are in the area!!"
