"Our stay at Maya Tangalle Manor was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is wonderfully quiet, with elegant décor and a beautiful room that opened onto a private patio. The garden is stunning, filled with magnificent, towering trees and peaceful rice paddies that create a truly serene atmosphere. The food was delicious, and breakfast each morning was a real highlight—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly makes this place exceptional is the staff. The Countryside Udawalawe

The Countryside Udawalawe

8/10 Good
"The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better! The room looked onto the pool and was beautiful. The rain couldn’t be helped but it was quite loud against the roof of the room. The Sri Lankan breakfast after my safari was lovely and I also had dinner the night before, however I would say there wasn’t very clear communication of timings or where to go once I checked in but for dinner the guy from the hotel on WhatsApp answered all of my questions."
