"The apartment was very spacious and nice looking, but there were enough things that we didn't like that we wouldn't go back. Not having a front desk made it harder to have things fixed or have someone to contact that could resolve this quickly. We texted the support number once but since they weren't on site and couldn't have someone come by within a few hours, we resolved it ourselves. Our issues included: 1. Towels looked nice rolled up on our arrival but all of them were very damp. 2. The...

"This was a terrible experience. 
The space was not clean, there was mouse droppings in the shower. The towels were dirty and had holes in them. The carpeted areas had not been vacuumed. Communication was very poor. It is too bad because the location is great. 
I absolutely would not recommend staying here. "

"Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors."
