"The AC was very loud. The room was lovely but getting into the room was a bit of a struggle as you had to fiddle with the lock . Staff went above and beyond for me. Coffee isn't offered in the room, however the staff brought one into my room."

"Wanted to be okay with this property. The hotel was not clean. There was food all over the floor of the elevator multiple times. The elevators not only had crushed food on the floor but each time we got in there was a different odor, one morning strong vomit smell. The garbage was over flowing in multiple places and the area where we waited for the elevator on the 4th floor wrecked of trashed for the entire fist morning we were there. Due to the water park there was water all over the floor of the lobby area throughout our stay. In a dining areas near the elevators there was an overwhelming smell of mildewy towels. They ran out of coffee multiple mornings and did not stay on top of replacing things And finally our bed was a disaster. The head of the bed was lower at an angle, which for me led to waking with headaches each morning. Pillows were no help as they flattened immediately. Staff was not rude but also not friendly or helpful. They just seemed to be there. Will not be staying again "

"Only game in town -- very old property with limited amenities and slightly surly staff -- property was clean and served its purpose -- climate control required standing on bed to access controls for stand-alone HVAC unit."

"A wonderfully remodeled, old-school type motel the way I remember them from my youth. You can tell there was a great effort put into bringing these rooms up-to-date. It was peaceful and quiet and just what I needed after a noisy sleepless night in Albuquerque."

"Check in was easy and accommodations were made for my husband's need for a 1st floor room. Great to be able to park right in front of our room. Things were neat as a pin with new electronics and finishes. The bed was very comfortable."
