"The hotel itself is adequate. It has large sized rooms with very comfortable beds, a lovely back terrace where you can sit and enjoy the outside, light snacks (for sale) and AC for those hot NY days. My only watch out for traveller's is it's not a highly walkable neighborhood. Stores close for the Sabbath on weekends and there are only two restaurants and one corner store within walking distance of the hotel."

"The room was clean and the location was very convenient. However the walls were thin and the house keeping service wasn’t most professional. Its right below the train track so can be little loud. But overall the hotel quality was good no complaint. Great for solo travel."

"The hotel seemed pretty new and the staff was very pleasant, but they were undergoing renovations in the lobby so accessing the lobby was challenging, and elevator didn't work. The room was clean however, the hotel should really consider a new contractor to do the renovation work. The bathroom had terrible tilework and caulking especially around the sink, it was plastered and not finished and the toilet was moving around. Looked good, but don't look too close. Expected better finishes for the room price."

"This was a no-frills place and that's what was expected. We just needed a bed, bathroom and coffee and that's what we got. The hotel and the room were clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always asking how we were doing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I'm sure to book there next time I go back to NY."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel is very clean. Breakfast selections were good. I didn't like that there are no fridges in the room and the only ice machine was two floors away from my room. I was generally pleased and would stay there again. It's a convenient location to Brooklyn and lower Manhattan."

"The hotel was decent overall; however, the location was not ideal. The staff were not in uniform, which made the atmosphere feel somewhat informal and more like a gathering place than a hotel. Additionally, there was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee available for guests. While the stay was acceptable, it is not a hotel I would choose to stay at again."
