"Prišli sme a nevedeli o nás. (faktúra sa im niekde stratila) Ale zase snažili sa nás čim skôr ubytovať a tým odčiniť počiatočné nepríjemné prekvapenie. Zariadenie a vybavenie bytu je pekné (nábytok, spotrebiče, kúpeľňa, internet, TV) , ale celkový dojem znehodnocujú detaily (nefunkčná chladnička, zatekajúci sprchový a čistota) . "Viktig: hotellet er ikke hvor kartet peker i Tatranaká Lomnica, men i Žakovce! Om dette er viktig for deg, ikke velg dette hotellet. Når det er sagt er rommene fine og komfortable og eieren hyggelig. Man har kjøleskap og kokemuligheter. Velger man frokost får man plenty med mat. Spa er ikke inkludert i prisen men koster symbolsk pris og har enkel sauna og jacuzzi man får nyte for seg selv. Vi hatt nydelig tid her og kommer gjerne tilbake."

"When we arrived, woman at the reception said, that they don’t have my booking, although, I booked and paid it 2 weeks before check-in. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible. Don’t even consider this place for your stay. Never."

"This hotel was a perfect match for my stay in Kosice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfasts were fresh. For me its biggest asset was its location, only one block away from the cathedral. There was so much to do and see in that area, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. It was a great place to hang out in during the evenings. I am planning on staying there again on my next trip. "
