The chalets are located up on the hills so they are very quiet, and the stargazing from the porch is incredible—you can see the Milky Way! The rooms are super clean with very nice showers. The shower is great, and unlike many other hotels, they actually provide lovely lotion and conditioner, which was a fantastic extra bonus! "This is a beautiful lodge with plenty of game viewing opportunities from the common areas as well as right outside your luxury tent. Everything about the experience was top notch, including the grounds and the accommodations, but what truly stood out was the exceptional staff. We had the misfortune of suffering a flat tire as we were leaving the lodge, but within minutes, three staff members came to assist us, which really demonstrated their kindness and dedication to guests.
