"The pool was warm and good for swimming. The sauna was nice as well but you have to ask the reception to have it on. The rooms were very nice but they didnt give free water every day as they did on the first day we arrived. Would've been nice to have had cold water to come home to and also no small milk cartons to have tea with. Chefs were helpful with everything I asked for, eg milk for tea to have in room, heating up of outside food. We didnt eat anything at all in hotel as it had to be paid for separately. Our bathroom overflowed with shower water when we showered and night staff was really helpful. This hotel is 15-20 mins away from city centre. I had use of a car so no issue. But there was no shuttle buses to and fro hotel. Wasn't any entertainment on for adults but they had kids party on day we arrived. Plenty of space for parking car. Also the food wasnt halal in hotel so couldn't dine in even though we didnt pay for it."
