Kyiv Oblast Holiday Rentals

"The property is good overall and Julia at the reception is exceptional. She was very helpful to get us checked in with our toddler daughter traveling with us. This location is good as well to walk around to the Plaza close by and worked out for our needs. "

"Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! "

"This property is the great place to stay in Kyiv. The room has kitchen and washing machine.Hotel rooms always clean and comfortable for travellers. This property has great location."

"A lift would have been nice. But great location and glad I stayed there. Would stay again."

"Ni borde gett mig mer info om andra hotellet. Annars var det bra "

"Nice clean apartments good location"

"I liked it and recommend it Location is perfect People are so nice and helpful "

"Very comfortable and great location. "

"Everything was easy, from booking to arrival (call them to get key), to updates to my departure. The place was not exactly the same unit pictured but had similar accommodations and didn’t realize there were so many units so makes sense. Very clean and comfortable, and great location for me and my travel partner. Recommend if you are looking for an apartment with kitchen instead of a standard hotel!"

"everything is well"

"I ended up staying at the Greguar Hotel, where the key pick-up location was. The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The hotel is a block from the metro and very near the main train station and main bus station - a quick taxi ride away."

"Clean but no extra toilet paper. They forgot to turn hot water on and no phone. "

"It was great"

"Room was really nice. "

"This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice. The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly. We slept very well there and value is great. We would highly recommend this place to everyone staying in Kyiv!"

"Property manager was nice and always available for any question I have. It was a very quiet and comfortable property with clean sheets, and the shower is wonderful. When I needed help all I had to do was send a message and the manager answer me immediately. Thank you for the relaxing experience. I appreciate everything you did for me and needed the rest. "

"I would not recommend this apartment. When I checked in, I immediately noticed there were roaches everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses. This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. Save yourself the stress and avoid this...

"Enjoyed my stay!"
