"Everything good. Great, comfy one night stop between France and Spain."

"The room was great and loads of space"

"Truly a perfect spot and affordable For the short duration we were there. Pool was fantastic, staff were helpful. Only bummer was parking was tight, and mostly not available (though the staff were very helpful in steering us to other areas). Bit dated room, but comfy, slept 4 of us perfectly, and honestly would stay again!"

"The staff was very attentive and the meals were excellent."

"Very good stay, staff friendly, good restaurant and room up to my expectation !"

"Worst staff and experience on a multi-month journey with over a hundred different stays. The staff were rude and uncommunicative. No internet. The place was not adequately equipped. It was 90 degrees inside without a fan in summer and we could not sleep. Beds uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked basics. No dish soap and they require you to clean the dishes?! "Very nice staff. Great nature views. Jaca is super cute and a walk to town is juat 15 min. "

"A cute little hotel - basic but comfortable, good aircon and comfy beds. Small bathroom but the water pressure was great"

"We enjoyed our stay, very peaceful and would come back"

"Great stay"

"Great location, the room was nice and spacious and in great condition. The hotel is centrally located in a pedestrian zone. There are plenty bars and places to eat around within walking distance. The parking is difficult and expensive. I’d stay there again."

"Very clean to the town location. Free parking was on the street and close by. The staff was very accommodating and even exchanged rooms for us (single bed) at no charge. Very convenient (all walking distance) to all of the town’s activities."

"Hotel dejado al abandono, poco personal hasta el punto de no dar cenas, el poco personal sin ganas de trabajar. Se negaron a hacerme factura por el hecho de haber pagado a través de hoteles.com, hotel rancio y con mal olor. "

"Amazing staff, close to everything and amazing place"

"We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. There were only three members of staff on the premises who were unable to offer any of the facilities advertised. As...

"Lovely proprietors, first-rate B&B-style hotel. "
