In need she helpt use so good that we allready have diceded to come back again. Yes it was a realy wonderful stay this weekend. Thank you so very much for everything."

"No one was at check in and never responded for early check in. The main lock to the building on the second floor never worked we had to always wait for someone to pass in order for us to enter. "

"Quiet, comfortable apartment conveniently located. Access to all the sites in Basel are easily accessable, either on foot or using the trams stops just steps away. The apartment was spacious and included all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the in-suite laundry after being on the road for some time. Check-in was easy and the staff were very nice and extremely helpful. As eating out in Basel can quickly add up in cost, the kitchen and nearby grocery store were convenient....

"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."
