"First the when we checked in the person at the front desk was rude and not very friendly. The key would not be open the outside door until maybe the 20th try. Then the same keys would not open the room door. In the morning I took the the keys to the front desk. They gave me new ones same thing, so I gave up and did each door about 20 times until they worked. In the room there was snot on the wall in the restroom and the shower was dirty. The hair dryer didn’t work and the electrical plugs were not working. The lighting was very poor. There was no paper or pencil or pen to right with, no map of the hotel no one new wher the ice machine was at ( only one in the entire building. I don’t recommend the hotel to anyone."
