Did not have any bad experiences at all compared to other hotels I have stayed with in lebanon that have been a nightmare in their own ways in the past. Very clean rooms, house keeping is very good at coming when you want them to, the views of the sea are amazing from the balcony especially in the executive suite with the sea view! "
