"When we arrived there, they did not know about our booking through Expedia but they honoured the booking and gave us the apartment as booked. Comfortable. Good for families. Safe. "I came all the way from north America, I've never seen worst than this hotel, dirty, not clean, uncomfortable bed, very rude owner. On my last day i got sick, cavity in my lungs. Now im suffering in canada to get healed. Garbage country garbage people!!!"

"Everything was great. Receptionist Adriana and another guy always help us. A room and also bathroom was clean with modern equipment. Everyday supplies shampoo, shower gel , toiletries and 2 bottles of water. Breakfast was with amazing view in Byblos Citadel and great Lebanese food. Waiter prepared for us coffee what kind of coffee we want … ice coffee. We spent there 4 nights and it was great time. Public beach was only 10 minutes by walk. "
