"The room was nice and clean and the staff that checked us in was very nice and professional. We reserved a room for 6 people including 4 kids. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool, but found out at check in that the pool is closed until at least next week. The Expedia website led us to believe we would have access to a pool and does say anything about it being closed. We also weren't thrilled that there were no pillows available for the pull out sofa bed. We asked the gentleman at the front desk, but he said he could not give us additional pillows and that there is a specific number of pillows in each room. The breakfast was good, so that was a plus! "

"Despite having clean linens the rest of the room was a Dusty musty smelling nasty mess there were pubic hairs left in the bathtub it was filthy! Never again and gross!"

"The staff a great, our room was spacious and clean.the hotel in general was very clean and well taken care of. The only issue I had was I booked thru hotels.com and got the queen suite that said it was equipped with washer and dryer. It wasn’t only the king suites are. So traveling with a toddler that made it a bit more complicated then we wanted. Again it wasn’t the hotels fault but the site I booked from. "

"Overall, we had a great stay. Only complaint is the wifi dropped a couple of times and couldn't reconnect. Free breakfast was nice and offered many varieties to choose from. Bathroom was clean and shower had plenty of water pressure. Parking lot is a little small, but, we had no problem finding a spot. Bed was comfortable. "
