"Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. I sent the staff out of the room and actually sprayed the bedsheets with insect repellent! It worked, as I was able to sleep (in my clothes) and the...

I’ve stayed here a few times with my kids and they are always entertained. Breakfast has many options that are fresh and tasty. Rooms are clean. We love staying here when we visit Managua. Highly recommend over some of the other name brand hotels in the area"
