"Staff and location! Pool and hot tubs were fun!"

"We travelled with our 3.5‑year‑old and really enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the pool, which was a big reason we chose this hotel. It was open on our first day, though it didn’t seem very clean, and by the second day it was closed. Each day we checked in with staff and were told it would reopen “tomorrow,” but unfortunately it never did for the rest of our stay. Since the pool was an important part of why we booked, we’d really appreciate a discount or some form of compensation. Other than that, everything was lovely and we had a great time."

"Excellent value and friendly staff who were kind enough to let me use my rusty French without automatically switching to English. We didn't use it, but I noticed they have a shuttle to the hill. My son had a blast on the waterslide and the hot tub was nicer than the one at the more expensive place we stayed at on the resort. Definitely recommend. "
