"I booked this property but I was assigned by the front desk to the sister property across the street. Hotel Playa because supposedly it was quieter. El Flamenco seems to attract young, loud, party oriented travelers. This is a family owned group of properties including a restaurant. They seem to save Hotel Playa rooms (about7-8 rooms) for guests’ overflow This review is for Hotel Playa.Both properties are old and very run down. "This small hotel is set in a lovely location right on the beach with sea views and a laid back feel. The outdoor bath was a lovely feature. Patricia greeted us warmly and her service was excellent. Breakfast was a la carte with many choices. My only criticism is that we were not given a complimentary bottle Of drinking water in the room which I would expect in a hotel of This calibre. "
