"Overall, the service for this hotel was very good. The staff was very friendly, engaging and helpful. My cousins and I especially appreciated the kindness and awesome service given to us by Renea, Deborah and Andrew... all of whom we concluded are the hotel’s best assets! Area of concern: Toilets could be updated to be more accommodating for seniors. The seats are TOO LOW and the flushing function a little slow. Please install taller commodes for easier access to avoid leg cramps and pain. "
