"The hotel was very clean and property well maintained. In a great area for restaurants and one is within walking distance. Also easily accessible to the expressway. Breakfast was good. Staff was ok, I had to repeat myself on check in because the young lady was on the phone while checking me in. Next day checked me out long before checkout time and I was locked out of my room. Went to get key redone and still wouldn’t work. If I didn’t come down to be checked out, don’t automatically check me out because it was a problem. The first time I stayed here everything went smoothly but not this time, I guess I bragged too much. But I recommend this hotel if you’re in the area."

"I was informed that this hotel had only been open 9 months. At least 2 rooms on the floor had no room number outside the door. I had to find the room by trying the key at the door until one opened. When I tried to use the sink in the bathroom, the faucet was so close to the edge that water was splashed all over the sink top instead of running into the sink. These problems are easily corrected to make this room excellent. I didn't use the TV or the air conditioning nor did I eat the breakfast."

"I really enjoyed my stay for the night. The check in was very friendly and fast. I liked how clean and secure the hotel was. It made me feel very safe especially being a female staying alone. I did order from the kitchen that night and when I went down to the bar to get it there were people complaining about the service and when someone finally came out everyone was ignored and the man with my pizza was not friendly either. Other than that, I really loved the establishment and would definitely stay at this location in the future."

"The hotel is located right next to the legacy museum, and it is convenient to get to other points of interest in Montgomery. The facility is clean and up to date. The front desk staff Maria followed up with me about any needs right after we checked in."

"The room was clean. Desk attendant was wonderful. The breakfast was lacking. It was out of waffle batter (only 5 people in the dining room the entire time we were there), out of syrup, a machine wasn't working, the orange juice was so watered down with water that it barely tasted like orange at all. One of the patrons had to go out and find the attendant twice to get the batter & syrup filled."
