"Heater very loud. Dirty floors, tub, sheet. Unfortunate.y the only motel in town"

"Direct TV was not working, No water to the tub/shower which were both dirty, Motel hallway and entry were about 50 degrees, outside temperature was around zero, only saw staff a couple times, had to wash coffee pots from the breakfast area in our room and then make the coffee. I would have asked for a refund but no one was at the desk for check out "
