"Had to get maintenance man to fix the fireplace started. Remote control for the TV worked when he changed the battery. Fireplace was wide open or off so the room got a little cool by morning. Good food at the restaurant and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Have stayed here numerous times and usually good service. Seems maybe maintenance is a little lacking "

"Terrible room, heat was off, didn’t feel clean, slept in my clothes. Worn out towels, no coffee cups. TV was canceled so they had to call provider to get it going again. Had to hunt for staff, he was tending the bar. Not sure why Sheridan attaches their name to this dump. I’ll be staying in La Crete next time "
