"I am not sure how this hotel passes inspection. The health dept should be notified. The overwhelming smell of mold is apparent in the rooms. I immediately cancelled my reservation and received a full refund."
"I asked for a non smoking room. The room used be a smoking room. Nicotine stain on the lamps and inbthe bathroom. I could still smell it. I didn't have an ice bucket and no cups. The bed was hard. Mold in the tiles in the bathroom. I was told when I checked in, this room was one of the best rooms. The desk agent stated she just loved that room. Well in my opinion they need to pay me for staying there!!!"

Only one ice maker was working. In a full hotel it is hard to get enough ice for a mixed drink.
