"The stay was very good. I think they should work more on the cleaning services, because when we arrived we found our bed sheets dirty and we had to wait 1 day to be changed. Also they should hire people that speak english, because the staff speaks only turkish. Overall, we would recommend everyone to spend their holiday here and we will definetly come back here next year."

The location of the hotel is excellent for visitors as it is near the bazar quarter(10 minutes walk) the coast (20 minute walking) an kültürpark and its museums (5 minutes). Metro is not far away either. The cons were the cleanliness of the hotel, which was far from satisfactory, and the fact that there is no parking, despite hotel’s claims that it has free parking. "Very disappointed in our room. The bathroom was in horrible condition with the sink almost falling off the wall, shower head completely leaking, vanity mirror door had broken hinges. Bed was uncomfortable. Slept on sofa. Office help was responsive to a few things like a hot water pot but unable to correct anything else. "
