"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"A place of pro's and con's... - location - middle of old town - very quiet and good location. - easy to access, key locker worked well - Flat had been well cleaned, EXCEPT for the toilet seat which had accumulated many months of yellow stain on both sides... needed cleaned properly with bleach/ anti-bacterial. The shower is also getting a little cold around it.. - The room was big enough for the double bed and sofa bed. However, no way would I try 4 people in there are the bathroom is so small...

"This apartment was a great, affordable option for visiting Zurich with a family. We were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was within walking distance of most of the things we wanted to do in central Zurich, and was a 5-minute walk from the tram.
