"Our family had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe El Portillo, and I want to highlight the people who truly made our vacation special. Kids Entertainment: My daughter Victoria absolutely loved the activities! A huge thank you to Luisairis, Beba, and Dominga — they are incredibly warm, energetic, and creative. Every day Victoria ran to them with a smile, and we always felt she was safe, engaged, and genuinely happy. For my son Daniel, the entertainment team was fantastic as well. Special thanks to Victor Calois and Barron for their positive energy, fun games, and personal attention. They created a great atmosphere for older kids and made Daniel feel included and confident. Spa Experience: We also visited the spa, and it was wonderful. Esther and Gricel provided excellent service — very professional, gentle, and attentive. After the treatment we felt relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend! Overall, the hotel has a great family-friendly vibe, clean territory, beautiful beach, and an amazing team that really cares about guests. We are grateful for all the moments they helped create for our children. Would love to return again!"

" The hotel’s exterior and interior were absolutely stunning but the true highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff. I wish I could remember everyone’s name, because every single person I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely hospitable. The team members I do remember, Mika, Ramon, James, Tamara, Santa, and Nicolas, were extraordinary. Their kindness, attentiveness, and beautiful energy elevated my stay to a true five-star experience. I had such an incredible time that I actually extended my trip by an extra day. I’m already checking my calendar for the next opportunity to return."

"Excellent boutique hotel located right on the nicest beaches in Las Terrenas with great service and clean rooms. The hotel has a cool vibe! The bed was comfortable and the water was hot if you like hot showers. The restaurant/bar served tasty and well portioned food and drinks while playing some great music. I would recommend Mosquito Boutique Hotel and will be back."

"The resort was inviting from the start. Reception was polite and prompt. The gave us information that would prove later in our stay to be a guide to enjoy many elements and activities on the resort. Friendly staff throughout. Modern, clean, and spacious rooms. Endless food & drink for all. Fantastic beach and pool. My wife and i are all ready planning a return trip."
