"The beds were very comfy. Check-in was easy and quick. Great place for a stopover and I’ll definitely look closer at staying at a Microtel when it’s an option!"

"The 2 rooms we rented had ac issues and fridge leaking along w 1 ac leaking on floor but we just put towels down. We didn’t bother telling staff until we left following morning. We were not impressed with hotel even though we stay at Comfort inn many times."

"Floor was sticky everywhere. They gave us a room near the freeway so I got maybe 2 hours sleep. So loud the tv couldn't block the noise. Bathroom looked like someone had a fight in there. Scarred tub with shampoo of wall with stains on sink/counter. Blood or feces or both on the inside of the bathroom door. Guess they do not clean there. A/C was not controlled by thermostat. It would run for 5 minutes and stay off for an hour. It was a miserable night after driving 11 hours. Hilton has lost our business. They gave us 1 small trash can with no liner amd no trash can in bathroom."

"We were disappointed in our stay with the price we paid. Originally the staff was helpful in accommodating the first floor. But once we arrived to the room, it had a mildew + bleach smell. The sink was as stained from being dirty. The smell instantly gave us a headache so we kindly asked to switch rooms due to a smell and the front desk personnel was immediately was annoyed. He let me know the 1st floor wasn’t available anymore and I said 2nd floor would be fine. He handing me the card without saying a word. I thanked him and he walked away . The 2nd room was much better so I returned the old key, thanking him while handing him the old key and he gave me an annoyed look and said nothing. Even in the second floor, the carpet was sticky so we wore our shoes everywhere but overall the beds were comfortable and luckily, we were only staying one night. I definitely would not stay here again, especially for the price that we paid."
