"Was there for one night before boarding a cruise ship. Did not bother to take an ocean view room. Ended up in a room in a renovation area where rooms around were being renovated, not very welcoming. There was presence of a lot of mildew in the room and even more in the bathroom, ceiling and walls. We only noticed that the next morning other wise we would not have stayed in that room. "

J’ai demandé à deux reprises d’être déplacé dans un autre endroit, mais la réception a toujours refusé prétextant que c’était complet alors que plusieurs chambres demeuraient inoccupés.
