"Lord Baltimore is in good enough shape for a nearly 100 year old hotel. The lobby is quite grand and was always buzzing with activity. The rooms show more of the hotel’s age particularly in the bathroom where the door had what looked like a hole that was plastered and painted over, a tub with some tile cracks and soap-scummed fixtures. The room itself was on the small side and had walls so thin I could hear the conversation in the room next door and the guest’s loud snoring. There was an older LG television with no remote control, a microwave on top of the desk that seemed pretty old but worked when I wanted to heat up some water. Despite the size and thinness of the walls, it was still a comfortable accommodation in which I got two nights of good sleep in. It’s a good enough hotel property that has good personality where it lacks great design. "

"The breakfast isn’t worth paying extra for but there are some awesome diners near by. The rooms were dated but very clean and larger than most. The staff was amazing. I plan on booking again. "

"I had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Ocean City by IHG! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful ocean views that made the stay even more special. The bed was super cozy, and the amenities were top-notch. I also loved how well-maintained and clean the entire property was. The location is perfect—right on the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. It made getting around so easy and convenient without needing to go far. Overall, this hotel delivered an outstanding experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ocean City. Truly a 5-star stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Clean room, nice staff "

"Management staff was very welcoming and responsive. Shot out to Charles the valet- he was exceptional . Cleaning lady was asked to come back in 10 minutes. She failed to return. Had to request management help to get it cleaned after two days. The other patrons were noisy. Breakfast was challenged - no free coffee after 9am. Room telephone was inoperable- tried to call the front desk to report an incident and only received a busy signal. Room was a bit dark. Lighting needs to be upgraded."

"I have stayed at this property on several occasions. The air conditioner/ air exchange vent was so loud I didn't sleep for two nights. The grassy area to the right of the entrance was covered with trash. We were on the 7th floor. There were terrible stains on the carpet outside the elevator where it appeared that pets had gone to the bathroom and were never cleaned up. We stayed Thursday to Sunday, and although we spoke with housekeeping Friday and Saturday, no one came in the room. It is possible that they didn't like our Bernese puppy but it's a floor where they put families with pets, so maybe they should have someone ok with dogs to handle that floor. I even mention it to the front desk person Saturday when I had to go downstairs to replenish our towels, but still no one came in to clean the room. Will not be coming back for a long time."
