"Everything was very bad, no water ,no electricity and we were not told on arrival, we got suprised when we got into the room,the room had no linen until we complained. It was a complete reap off. Roof not safe huge cracks in the bathroom. Staff were cagey ,you could see they were hiding something "

"We really enjoyed our stay!! The room was very comfortable and clean. We asked for a later checkout due to having a later flight and they were very accommodating to us. The staff did an amazing job and super friendly! The breakfast that is included was soo delicious too. It’s a hidden gem in Harare, definitely will be staying here again when back in town. "
