"Large and clean rooms. You could smell a light scent of bleach or some sort of cleaning product as you walked in. As a roadside hotel all you need is a good bed and a clean room and they deliver. Front desk staff are incredibly polite and kind. They have a texas shaped waffle maker for breakfast so that was a win in my book. For the price it was definitely worth it. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Trois Estate. Friendly staff, comfortable room with fridge and microwave, delicious breakfast buffet. Don't expect a 5 star resort and you will love the rustic and unique property. It's like a little Spanish village. The two pools were both great and a comfortable temperature. I'd guess around 83 degrees. Missed out on the Star Party on Friday and the Saloon as we only stayed Wednesday and Thursday. Beautiful views from the deck. Highly recommend."

"It was a clean,quiet, reasonably priced stay. Property looked good. First room had an odor and when we mentioned it they gladly switched rooms for us. The second room was clean and fresh smelling. The bed was good. Did not partake of the breakfast options so can't comment on that."

"This hotel was so clean and cozy. Beautiful place to sit outside on deck and watch the deer and hear the birds. Property is very beautiful and well maintained. The room was super clean and cute. I Recommend this cute place. "
