Took just a couple minutes texting the host to get the check in information that was to be emailed- but they sent it pretty quickly when I said it wasn't sent yet. I didn't need anything else from the host. It was clean and overall pretty nice! The stairs you take to get up to the room are pretty loud, so I woke up one time when other people got home to other rooms during my stay, but that was it! Overall good. "I had an excellent stay and would absolutely return the next time I’m in Boston. From the moment I arrived, the front desk concierge was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they provided clear, detailed directions to the parking garage, which I appreciated. The only minor downside was that the parking garage is a few blocks away from the hotel. It wasn’t difficult to find, but after a long day of traveling, I was ready to relax. That said, the walk gave me an opportunity to take in a little of the city at night, which ended up being a nice experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. My room was spotless, comfortable, and provided a great night’s sleep. In the morning, I visited the coffee bar and thoroughly enjoyed it. The outdoor patio was another highlight—comfortable seating, great lighting, and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Boston."
