"Terrible manera from the concierge who screamed at us because we forgot our key inside the room and he has to go to reception and get us the master key. He literally screamed and was extremely upset. He shouldn’t be working in hospitality if he cannot handle this type of situations. Innocent mistake that happens to guests frequently. Very disrespectful. He was angry at us and felt the need to show it with yelling and bad manners."

Je regrette toutefois que les linges de maison (draps, serviettes) ne soient pas fournis et surtout que cette information ne soit pas plus visible sur le site hotels.com. cela m’a occasionné un surcout qui aurait pu etre évité."

"Une très belle résidence avec beaucoup d'espace c'est appréciable. Départs en rando depuis la résidence. Installation au top avec piscine de 17m, petite salle de fitness, hammam, jacuzzi, spa. chambre simple mais confortable. Résidence au calme. Village à 5min à pied"

"L'établissement est en plein centre du village, commerces, restaurants, ... à proximité immédiate. Accueil sympathique. Les gérants connaissent bien les environs et donnent de bons conseils pour les balades. La chambre était spacieuse et implacable. Elle donnait sur un parc au calme. Salle de bain pratique avec grande douche. Petit déjeuner correct, permet de bien démarrer la journée. L'hôtel dispose d'un local pour les vélos avec quelques outils (pratique pour faire quelques réglages ou...

"Lovely Auberge in the centre of the village of Correncon. Private parking and the owners could not have been more helpful and friendly. A lovely raclette in the evening with good wine and the company of other guests. A breakfast with too much to eat! I was made to feel very welcome."
