"We have stayed at many hotels in Egypt and this is by far one of the best ones ! The beach is beautiful and spacious . The food is great , way above average for hotels in Egypt . The kids club, programming and playground are also very good. Great service and staff . Clean , well kept . There are many pools and options for the whole family . We very much appreciated the customer service from Mr. Galal . This hotel is amazing and we are hoping to return many times ! "

Each and every member of your staff could not do enough for us with that beautiful Egyptian smile and hospitality. They went over and above their duties and nothing was too much, The rooms were modern and clean bathroom was modern and clean, Special mention also to Azza. We were a group with 5 rooms booked and every single person was very impressed with the level of service we received. "This property is beautiful. I regularly stay at Emaar properties around the world, and this one was just as impressive. However, the room service food was very disappointing. We ordered room service twice, and both times the food was undercooked. Despite this, the front desk refused to waive the charges, and the hotel manager didn’t offer any resolution. Instead, he claimed the plates were empty when returned, which was simply not true. This was such an unnecessary issue that could have been handled much more professionally—especially by a brand of this caliber. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was wonderful—especially thanks to Thorya and Adham, who were amazing."
