"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. We travelled from the U.K. to the property, which is located centrally and the property is close to the airport near Charleroi which made it easy to collect my parents from.
