"Usually like staying here. Even booking 2 months early, Hotels.com had overbooked by 27 rooms when I tried to check in. Desk clerk was very helpful in getting my refund and helping find another hotel."
"Room was clean and had very good furnishings. The weakest part of the stay was the "breakfast", but for a very small town that seldom sees a full hotel, it was better than nothing. The staff was very easy to work with."
"The motel told me they do not get reservations from hotels.com. So instead of paying $40 per the website i paid $64. There was no heat in the room except for a small heater provided that was a plug in. Considering it was snowing outside it did not get the job done. There was duct covering holes in the curtains. The floor had not been vacuumed. There were holes in the walls. Stains on the walls. The only thing that was clean was the barh tub. Which didnt matter since there was no hot water. I have pictures if needed."
