"Told front staff Television was not working and was told she would send a serviceman to fix it but they never came. Front desk clerk told me the next day that she did not send a service order because I arrived late at hotel so no television all night and the following morning for kids. Was very upset they lied about sending a service person so kids could watch tv but it was never done. Felt as if my business wasn’t important to them"

"Front desk, breakfast attendant, and housekeeping were all very friendly. Not sure if the property is new or not but it was clean all the way around. Besides the noise out in the hall my stay was excellent."

"loved the location close to fiesta texas, shopping at la cantera as well as all the local stores on vance drive, dining. can park at hotel and walk to dining, the area is safe. but there is a bistro on site. the pool was nice for the kids but it is shared with the radisson next door. "
