"Amazing staff at front desk quick check-in "

"I had a great stay here! The room was clean and cool - and with temps in the low 90s, it was nice to have A/C that was up to the task. I was happy to be able to be able to check in a little early. This is in a great location for the Playhouse Square area as well as just being a ten minute walk to Progressive Field. The staff provided cold water in the lobby for guests which was really nice when coming in from the heat. This was not the fault of the hotel staff, but guests came back late from the baseball games and let their children run through the hallways screaming. I understand being excited, but at 11:30pm, it was a little too much. The valet service was quick and easy."

"Everything was as expected for a lower cost hotel. Everything was clean and I felt safe. It wasn't top tier or luxury by any means and it was a very basic breakfast but that is absolutely what I expected."
