Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night. "Incredibly great location if visiting Milan. The best thing about this hotel is the onsite underground parking. If you ever driven to Milan, parking is a nightmare and the odds of damaging you car is very high. We were really glad for the onsite parking option. Hotel facility was very new, lots of restaurants and a market all within a block, super convenient. AC worked great and the bed was very comfortable. Only complaint is the shower was not the cleanest, there was black mold all along...

"BASIC accommodation value for money we didn’t expect luxury at that price and only wanted a clean secure place to stay which it was . The property was very poor at communication prior to our stay and needs to get up to date (eg use what’s app and respond to messages )"
