"Amazing city view, location can not be better than this. Modern tower with safe parking. Very very clean and well equipped. "Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

"The hotel is convenient to visit Katowice. We enjoy being able to walk in the park just behind the hotel. We also do like being able to use the sauna in the evenings especially after a long drive to the hotel. While everything was very clean, one of the chairs in our room was repaired by using duct tape to cover the problem in the upholstery. We had a suite with a sofa and two chairs so it didn't affect our stay. Nevertheless, the hotel can do better than that."
