"The rooms were not clean. There was trash on the floor and hair in the shower. The bathroom door was dirty. I waited at the front desk for almost 15 minutes before there was someone at the front desk. When informed of the wait, he merely said nothing and began to check me in. "

"Debbie is absolutely the best! She went above and beyond to help me with several questions I had. She definitely was a highlight to our stay. The hotel is decorated beautifully and very clean! They put allot of money and hard work renovating this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful bed is comfy. We loved it here and will for sure be staying there again! Keep up the great customer service and your beautiful hotel! PS if you ever wanna get rid of the silver plush couch near the check in area I'll take it!!! 😘😘"

"The pool and main beds were nice, but that’s about the only positive. The shower was very disappointing — the shower curtain was visibly dirty, there was hair in the tub, and the water pressure was extremely low. We also planned to use the pull-out couch since the beds felt a bit small, but it was unusable. When we opened it, the mattress had crumbs, hair, and debris on it. We ended up making a pallet on the couch with extra blankets, but those also had a lot of hair stuck in them. We had read good reviews, so we were really disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room."

"Unclean, piss poor breakfast, room smelt like mildew, no sheet on the bed, someone was laying in the bed when we walked in the first room, second rooom no sheet on my bed, smelt like mildew, floors were dirty, stairs were dirty, floor was breaking on steps, do not recommend!!!!"

"The room and service was great. My only complaint is that is very difficult to unload and unload. Both myself and my 3vyear old grandaughter fell in rocks on sidewalks before we could make it to the room. There was nothing to load luggage on. We had 4 kids so it was multiple trips. It is difficult to get to rooms due to lots of steps, rocks and blocked areas close to water park. It was pouring when we left and we got soaked because of the distance to the room and inability to pull up closer to entrance. The rides back and forth to destinations on golf carts were amazing. The breakfast was excellent and so reasonable. The older lady who waited on us was the best waitress ever. She was so friendly and the kids loved her. Food at the LandShark was not good and overpriced for the quality. The Waterpark was nice though a $5 discount is not much if you are staying there. Great Wolf Waterpark is FREE if you are a guest. The kids enjoyed the pizzeria the arcade and bowling as well. Overall it was a good time once we got into the room."
