"I have stayed here for 15 years and over the last couple of years it keeps getting worse. Heater vent rattles in the wind all night long, no interior/ exterior seating, no ice, Tv is great if you like watching shopping network and the weather, exterior of the building is deteriorating. Room was clean, firm bed, coffee with sugar. The desk clerk had difficulty with communicating."

"I asked not to be put across the street. The person at the desk didn't know how to change my room I'm traveling alone. It's all miners over here. I didn't feel comfortable. I was also supposed to have a nonsmoking room and this room smells horrible. I called and was told they would call me back. I waited 45 min and no call. I called back and they said they called and I didn't answer. Not true. I did not leave the room. So I said my phone must not work either. I was put on hold for 20 min. She said again that all the people had already paid and she couldn't move me. I told her I also paid before I arrived. I asked why she would put a women traveling alone across the street with the miners. She then said she had the right to refuse service and I could talk to the manager in the morning and hung up. She then sent the coach to tell me that if I didn't stop complaining they were kicking me out."

"It was an in so any person moved you could hear it, there was a transom over my door a light was turned on outside my room lit up my entire room."

"The property is a little dated, but was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient. The bed was comfortable. I didn't need the A/C but the heater worked fine. I really appreciated the small refrigerator with it's larger than normal freezer space."
