"Amazing staff. Very responsive. Driver (Derek) beyond amazing. Hotel close to everything (airport, mall of America, restaurants and stores). Hotel offers shuttle to/from airport and to/from mall of America. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was awesome. Great selection. Nice proteins, gluten free, fruits among others. Our flight cancelled, so we didn’t think it twice and came back for one more night."

"Our stay is always good, but this morning a cleaning lady started knocking on the door very early while everyone was sleeping. We had a 1pm check out, so not sure what happened."

"This hotel has one of the best customer services I’ve ever received from a 4star hotel. Specifically, their breakfast service was really great. I have dietary restrictions and the staff members were very enthusiastic and kindly assisted in adjusting their menu options and checking whether the cheese, butter, etc was kosher or not to accommodate for our halal diet! I will definitely bring my family back to this hotel the next time we are in Minnesota!!"
