"The hotel is well located in Caracas down in the middle of town and close to Los Mercedes where there is a lot of shopping and restaurants. It also has a great view of Caracas and the Avila, the mountain in front of Caracas. The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful. I would recommend it."

The hotel itself is very big. My room was on the 10th floor so I had great views on the city from my window. But the elevators didn't work so well.
