Modoc Inn

"WELL, the room was clean and the staff are nice. Besides the broken cars in the parking lot, these appeared to be no one else staying at this motel. There could have been one other person but unclear. It was Memorial Day weekend??? Positives, quiet, easy parking, great ice machine, very nice large refrigerator (I was on a long road trip and appreciated being able to transfer some of my cooler food to the frig). TV worked and good internet, air conditioning worked. Can't beat the price. You get a free breakfast at the gas station every night you stay. Down side was how run down the property is, and mostly deserted except for someone working on a broken car. Shower was awful and hurt with pressure and wasn't adjustable, no soap or ice container but when I asked was given both so that was nice."

"It was much better than I expected for this location. There is not much in the town. But this hotel was well appointed, clean, convenient and professional."

"The property and the room were very clean. We were very happy with that. However, laundry staff walked in on us naked early in the morning. There was no visible do not disturb sign in the room that we could have used. There was no knock on the door either. It was extremely uncomfortable."

The Lodge Tulelake

"We got to the place and looked like it may have been ran down and closed - We rang the ring bell and nothing rang it again nothing - was a note of a window call of nobody answers ring doorbell. We called and went straight sorry the person hasn’t set up a voicemail. Ended up having to ride clear back to Klamath falls to get a room. Worst ever in history for a motel or lodge as they say. Entire time the dog chained up outside kept barking and barking by a white car assume someone was around but not answering. The parking lot area also was all overgrown with with - personally I think it is on its way of closing. I have messaged property management wanting full refund but yet have heard anything back."
Executive Inn & Suites

"The name, "Executive Suites & Inn" was totally misleading. There were fewer than 12 units, shabby, dirty, small, and noisy. Bathtub was tiny, dirty, and damaged. Beds smelled bad. It appeared that drug deals were going on on the property. The guy at the front desk did not speak any English and had to call someone on his cell to translate. The key was marked 232 but it turned out the room was 132 (or were all the keys the same). I did not feel safe."
