"This is my second stay at the Columbus Monte Carlo and I continue to be impressed by the standard of the rooms but most of all by the quality of service from all staff.
As a solo traveller it is important for me to feel comfortable about asking for help and the Columbus staff are so welcoming, kind and approachable that nothing is ever too much.
They were extremely busy as this was during the Vuelta (cycling event) departing from Monaco but standards never dropped. A particular thank you to Hosni who did my check in with a great smile and attention to detail. Another big thank you to Andrea who for the second time went the extra mile when I asked to purchase the bathrobe which was so comfortable I didn't want to part with it!
All in all I was again so impressed that I rebooked for a week in October."
