"We had a lovely impromptu get together with our family, 10 of us all together ranging from grandparents down to 11 years old. Home was lovely, clean and had plenty of space to spread out. Well stocked kitchen, however not many open cabinets to put our food into so we left it on the countertops, making it crowded, but no big deal for a few nights. "Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them...

"The room was big! Not very clean. Pool and pool area was dirty. green water."

"Our room was not ready at check-in time. We were told that they were finishing up, and it would be 10-15 minutes. After a half-hour, I went back to the front desk. Our room was still not ready, but they found us another room. Unfortunately, it was never updated in their system. The next morning, three different staff members attempted to enter our room because they thought we were checking out. I thought the third person had taken care of it, but it took 2 more phone calls from the front desk to figure out we were leaving the next day. I was assured that everything was fixed, but our key cards were deactivated when we went out for the evening. We were not offered an apology or any compensation for being inconvenienced multiple times. In fact, when I asked for late checkout, the front desk person said they couldn't do it, and, after all, we'd "only waited 30 minutes" for our room at check-in. She was extremely rude and dismissive. To top it off, housekeeping tried to come in the next morning well before checkout despite the do not disturb sign. The property itself was fine, but I will never stay there again due to their disorganization and poor customer service."

"I was double charged for my stay and currently disputing one of the charges. I booked my reservation through Expedia several weeks in advance. I originally booked a 2-night stay but canceled one due to my husband being ill after graduating boot camp and not being able to travel. I did it through the Expedia app and everything reflected correctly on my end for the following nights reservation (I am not upset about the cancellation fee and understood and agreed to all of that) but when I arrived to check in with my still very sick husband, they said they could not find my reservation and I had to pay again. I would have gone somewhere else had my husband not been so ill. (Stomach sickness - not contagious) The room itself was not very clean, the shower grout was rust stained and missing in most areas leaving a very unsanitary looking shower to use. The pool had so much chlorine that you could not enter the room it was in. The staff was very nice, including the night maintenance man who had to come fix our A/C / Heater because something kept knocking in it every 10 minutes for over 4 hours, turned out to be a valve hitting the wall when the vent was trying to open and close. Overall, not a very good experience. I have been a Hilton Honor member for years and visited several locations, maybe they were having a off week and due to losing our reservation had to put us in a not well kept room. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that part. It did have a good view."

"Very clean, comfortable hotel with one-bedroom suites. Pretty and well maintained. It offers limited bar food but, surprisingly, no bar (no liquor license). We went to Ruby Tuesday’s next door for dinner - very meh. Anyway, hotel and staff are great but find dinner elsewhere. Also quite easy access to the airport."

"They had issues with the elevators. Housekeeping came and only did trash leaving behind towels and never brought new ones. When you call the front desk for help, they apologize and say it will be handled and that NEVER happens lol. Had to go down there and pile up towels, tissue, and washcloths in my hands from the front desk. The room in the iron didn't work and that took 1.5 days to get a new one for some reason. Gym was fair and so was pool. Room was nice and you can walk to some places to eat nearby."
